What's your favorite piece of photography equipment?

My favorite piece of equipment is definitely my tripod. It's essential for my work in landscape photography but also to experiment with astrophotography.

What type of photography do you specialize in?

I have a particular love for street photography and nature. However, I like to explore various genres and consider myself adaptable to different styles.

How long have you been doing photography?

I started my journey in photography in the summer of 2022. Before that, I worked on several smaller projects that were primarily video-focused.

What is your primary area of expertise?

My primary focus is photography, but I also work in graphic design, particularly in website development.

How do you handle copyright and usage rights for your photographs?

All photographs displayed on my website are protected by copyright. While some of my work is shared on Unsplash and available for public use, the images showcased on this website are not intended for direct download unless they have been uploaded to Unsplash. Do you have a preferred time of day for capturing photos?

I really love snapping photos during sunset. The warm, glowing light and those fabulous skies just make everything look stunning.

What role does post-processing play in your photography?

Post-processing plays a crucial role in my photography, as it allows me to enhance the captured images to my liking. I primarily use Lightroom and Photoshop to refine colors, adjust exposure, and polish details, ultimately bringing out the best in each photo.

How would you describe your photography style?

I focus on getting genuine emotions and stories in every shot, while also adding some creativity and paying attention to the little things. Overall, I try to focus on every type of photography, but my greatest passion lies in capturing picturesque cities and also the beauty of nature.

Do you have any upcoming projects or exhibitions?

At the moment, I don't have any specific projects or exhibitions planned. My current focus is on continuously improving my skills and creating new work. I am also dedicating time to updating this website with new content, including photos.

How do you stay inspired and creative in your work?

I find inspiration from various sources. Social media platforms are great for keeping up with current trends and seeing other photographers' work. I also enjoy visiting photography exhibitions, which often provide fresh perspectives and ideas.

What's your favorite location you've photographed so far?

That's a challenging question to answer because there are so many beautiful places. I've taken numerous stunning photos across the Czech nature. The diverse landscapes of the Czech Republic offer endless opportunities for captivating imagery.

Do you have any advice for beginners in photography?

My advice is twofold: think carefully before you take a photo, but also don't be afraid to experiment. You'll often surprise yourself with the results. It's about finding a balance between thoughtful composition and spontaneous creativity.

What's your approach to post-processing your photos?

I typically overexpose my photos during shooting and then adjust them in Lightroom. This technique allows me to capture more detail in the shadows and gives me more flexibility in post-processing.

What's the most challenging aspect of your work?

The biggest challenge is often being in the right place at the right time with the right equipment. Timing and preparation are crucial in photography.

Do you prefer personal projects or client work?

I primarily work on my own projects, but I'm also open to collaborating with clients on interesting projects.

How do you balance your photography work with your graphic design projects?

I approach both photography and graphic design as complementary creative outlets. My experience in photography often informs my graphic design work, especially in web design, and vice versa.
